1. About Quontrova

Quontrova Tech Ltd (“Quontrova”, “we”, “us”) provides information technology services including network infrastructure, software development, cloud solutions, wireless networking, cybersecurity, CCTV & access control, digital marketing and related consultancy, primarily serving clients in Uganda and East Africa.

2. Using our website

• You must use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse our systems.
• Content on this site (text, branding, graphics and code) is owned by Quontrova or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
• Website information about services is general and does not form a binding offer until we issue a written quotation or signed agreement.

3. Quotes and proposals

• Quote requests submitted online are invitations for us to propose terms; they are not a contract until accepted in writing by both parties.
• Prices, timelines and scope in a quote are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if requirements change.
• Quotes may expire after a stated validity period (or 30 days if none is stated).
• You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to request services on behalf of your organisation where applicable.

4. Client portal & accounts

• Portal accounts are for authorised clients and Quontrova staff. Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

5. Services & project agreements

Delivery of paid services (installation, development, managed support, etc.) is governed by a separate quotation, statement of work, invoice or signed contract. Those documents prevail over these website Terms if there is a conflict covering that project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment terms stated on invoices apply (typically advance deposits and milestone or completion balances).
• Delays caused by missing client inputs, site access or third-party providers may extend timelines.
• Hardware and licensed third-party software remain subject to manufacturer and vendor terms.

6. Intellectual property

• Unless a project contract says otherwise, Quontrova retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how.
• Custom deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned as set out in your project agreement after full payment.
• You must not use Quontrova branding in a way that suggests endorsement without our written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our website, portal or services to:

• Break Ugandan or applicable international law
• Transmit malware, spam or harmful code
• Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
• Harass staff or other users

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quontrova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website (including lost profits or data), except where liability cannot be excluded under Ugandan law.

Liability for paid project work is limited as stated in the relevant contract (often capped at fees paid for that work).

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. For active project contracts, material changes will be handled under that contract.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes arising from website use will be subject to the courts of Uganda, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed project agreement.
